This special two piece dress has an adjustable spaghetti strap top with a fully beaded, gathered center chest detail. The bias cut makes it flattering and comfortable. The full skirt has an elastic drawstring waist and a full, 10 point ankle length handkerchief hem that flows beautifully as you move.
