This adorable skirt and top combo features a round neck and tank style top. The skirt has a straight hem, two tiers of ruffles and an elastic drawstring waistband. The whole outfit is cut on the bias for a great, comfortable fit. Your child can choose from our wide selection of hand painted batik fabrics to make their perfect outfit! Our young model completed het outfit with one of our hand made shoulder bags.
